Syntax Highlighting interferes with Tangible T4

When running the T4Toolbox Extension the syntax highlighting options interfere with Tangible's highlighting (Turning off the highlighting in options doesn't restore the Tangible Highlighting).

Is there a way to configure the add-in to not perform highlighting for T4 and not interfere with any existing syntax highlighters?

T4 Toolbox stops syntax highlighting as soon as you click "OK" in the options dialog. I would expect Tangible to take over at that point, or at least after you close and reopen the file. Having to disable and re-enable the extension is a non-ideal workaround. I will take a closer look if this affects a lot of people.

That's weird, disabling and re-enabling the T4 Toolbox extension seems to have restored the Tangible functionality.

This issue still occurs.
I use Visual Studio 2012, and latest versions of Tangible T4 (2.2.1) and T4 Toolbox (
As soon as I enable both extensions, the T4 Toolbox disables all the functionality of Tangible.
Disabling and re-enabling doesn't help in my case. I just cannot use both tools simultaneously.
Looks like a bug in one of the tools.

I have found a workaround how to make it working (using tangible T4 Pro with T4Toolbox active).

Disable T4Toolbox plugin in Extensions and Updates window.
Search your C drive for For me it was (C:\Users\raduchon\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\12.0\Extensions\sn1pgb4y.awi).
One folder up there is a file extension.vsixmanifest.
Edit this file and delete this line:
<Asset Type="Microsoft.VisualStudio.MefComponent" Path="T4Toolbox.VisualStudio.dll" />
Save the file and enable plugin again.

It seems to be working. At least I can see intellisense and can use T4Toolbox at once.
